In Appendix B (pp. 63-65) translation of a Mīzābī document from 1297/1880 containing the decision of a committee in a dispute between two orphans and their uncle who administers the possessions they inherited from their deceased father; the orphans, 14 and 18 years old, are not permitted to administer their possessions themselves and trade with them. In Appendix C (pp. 67-69), the translation of a poem by “a 4th/10th century Mīzābī” on the questions that separate the Malikites and al-Ibāḍiyya al-Wahbiyya (see Smogorzewski 1919).
