Située au Sud-Est de la Tunisie, l’île de Djerba était dotée depuis le moyen âge d’une chaine de mosquées littorales qui ceinturait ces côtes en vue d’assurer un rôle essentiellement défensif. La mosquée Sidi Jmour constitue un maillon important de cette ligne de défense avancée et représente ainsi un témoin architectural précieux qui nous renseigne sur un épisode tumultueux de l’histoire de l’île. Toutefois, suite aux mutations qu’a connues l’île au fil des siècles le monument a évolué en accueillant d’autres vocations. Dans cette étude, nous tenterons d’identifier et d’évaluer l’impact de ces changements de vocations sur les valeurs et les attributs de ce patrimoine religieux en voie de son inscription sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco. Afin de parvenir à cet objectif, nous préciserons les moments les plus marquants de la vie de la mosquée Sidi Jmour afin de suivre la genèse et l’évolution de ce monument palimpseste. Nous évaluerons par la suite l’impact des changements de vocation sur les valeurs et attributs de ce patrimoine religieux et sur ses modes de gestion. Pour ce faire, nous nous sommes fondés sur les sources historiques écrites, les études architecturales et archéologiques ainsi que sur les relevés architecturaux et les photos d’archives. Les résultats de l’étude du cas de Sidi Jmour montrent que la fonction joue un rôle fondamental dans la survie, le maintien et la sauvegarde des monuments. Toutefois, en l’absence d’encadrement institutionnel et de stratégie de reconversion, les dérapages induits par l’abus d’utilisation risquent d’entraîner la perte totale et définitive de l’authenticité des monuments. La patrimonialisation pourrait, dans ce cas, constituer la solution la plus adéquate pour étayer l’effort des autorités responsables et accompagner l’évolution des monuments et leur reconversion dans le respect de leurs spécificités architecturales et culturelles. Le rôle de la société civile s’avère, ainsi, fondamental afin d’instaurer une stratégie de sauvegarde et de mise en valeur du patrimoine fondée sur l’approche participative.

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أبعاد الهيمنة التي تأسست عليها المعرفة الاستعمارية البريطانية، ورصد أدوات الاحتجاج والمقاومة ضد تلك المعرفة، باستخدام منظور تحليلي يستمد روحه من مفهوم ميشيل فوكو حول سلطة المعرفة، ويسترشد برؤية إدوارد سعيد للاستشراق. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المصالح السياسية البريطانية أدت إلى تزايد الاهتمام المعرفي بالمجتمع العُماني، وذلك عن طريق إجراء مسوحات وبيانات اجتماعية شاملة، اعتمدت على أسس إثنية بهدف إشاعة التناقض وترسيخ التباين بين مكونات المجتمع العُماني. كما أن هذه المعرفة المنتَجة سعت إلى فهم البنى السكانية، ومراقبة حركة المجتمع. وكان الإحصاء السكاني من أهم الأدوات التي استخدمتها السلطات البريطانية لتقسيم عُمان إلى فضاءين سياسيَين.

دراسة للمستشرق الإنكليزي جون كرافن ويلكنسون، وذلك من خلال عدَّة مقالات حول الإبَاضِيَّة، تحدَّث عن تطوُّر الفقه عند الإبَاضِيَّة عبر الأزمنة، وملابسات تدرُّجه ونموِّه على الصَّعيدين المشرقي والمغربي، وطَرَحَ اشكاليَّة إن كان هذا التَّطور خالصا داخل المذهب الإباضي، أو أنَّه تأثَّر بالمذاهب السُّنِّية الأخرى؟، وهل كان هذا التَّطُّور يمشي بين المشارقة والمغاربة على نسق واحد؟ حاول ويلكنسون في دراسته أن يجيب على هذه الأسئلة قدر ما توفَّر لديه من مصادر، إذ أنَّه بيَّن أنَّ اهتمامه بداية كان بالتَّطور الاجتماعي والتَّاريخي للإباضيَّة، لكن شغفه بتتبَّع الأحكام الفقهيَّة جعله يفرد دراسة خاصَّة للجانب الفقهي. Résumé de l’étude : Dans une étude de l’Orientaliste Anglais John Craven Wilkinson à travers plusieurs articles sur les ibadites, il a étudié le développement de la jurisprudence chez les ibadites à travers le temps, et ces circonstances au deux niveau oriental et occidental. Wilkinson a posé la problématique suivante ; A ce que ce développement dans la jurisprudence a été influencé par autres écoles comme les Sunites ou il était une évaluation purement au sein de la doctrine Ibadite ? Cette étude est une essaie de nous présente des réponses sur ces problématiques et surtout de point de vue un orientaliste Anglais.

Dzisiaj gospodarcze znaczenie Jedwabnego Szlaku staje się ważniejsze niż kiedykolwiek. W artykule analizowane są kulturowe aspekty idei Jedwabnego Szlaku oraz formy, w jakich ta idea zaczyna się wyrażać.

"Since the end of the Second World War, a dispute has continued amongst Muslims and Arabs regarding the character of Orientalism. The period during the Cold War played a principal role in the shaping of disparate views when some of the key Arab states leaned towards the former Soviet Union, while others aligned themselves with the United States and its allies. Such alignments resulted in distinctive orientations towards cultural studies that found expression in a ‘soft’ confrontation led by Islamists on one side and leftwing leaders on the other. In exploring these differences, it is important to begin by defining what is meant by Orientalism. To do this, one needs to examine the three main areas of scholarly focus in the last two hundred years: the editing of Arabic manuscripts, historical scholarship on Islam, and Islamic religious studies and its associated branches."(...)

L’histoire d’Oman à l’époque médiévale est caractérisée par un rapport ambivalent au centre de l’Empire irakien. Les sources produites par les historiens de Bagdad témoignent de ce processus de construction de la marginalité : considéré comme la terre d’élection de l’hétérodoxie, Oman devient une zone frontalière. La géographie politique du territoire fut d’ailleurs sans cesse recomposée par les invasions et la plasticité de l’imamat ibāḍite.

Nothing came of their immediate project, but when D'Ghies returned to Tripoli he tried, during his brief period as Chief Minister, to govern according to Bentham's principles.

Arap yarımadasının güneydoğusunda yer alan Uman’ın İslamiyet ile tanışması Hz. Peygamber döneminde başlamıştır. Bölge, ilk asırlardan itibaren İbâzîliğin en önemli merkezlerinden biri olmuştur. Mezkûr mezhep zamanla farklı bölgelere yayılmış ve günümüze kadar gelmiştir. Söz konusu bölgede asırlarca varlığını korumayı başaran İbâzîlik, günümüzde Uman’ın resmî olarak desteklediği bir hüviyete sahiptir. İbâzîler tarih boyunca azınlıkta kalmış ama İbâzî toplumunun ihtiyaçlarını giderecek entelektüel bir literatür oluşturmayı başarmıştır. Bu literatürde tefsir çalışmalarının diğer alanlara kıyasla daha zayıf bir halka oluşturduğu söylenebilir. İbâzîler’e göre Uman’da tespit edilmiş, İbâzî bir müellifin yazdığı ilk tam tefsir, Saîd b. Ahmed el-Kindî’ye (ö. 1207/1792) aittir. Kindî’nin söz konusu tefsiri kısa ve özlü bir tefsir olup kendi dönemindeki İbâzî tefsir yaklaşımını tespit etme açısından önem arzetmektedir. Müfessir bu tefsirinde İbâzî din anlayışını esas almakla beraber diğer mezheplerin kaynaklarını da kullanmış ve mezhepler arası polemiklerden uzak durmaya çalışmıştır. Eserin önemli özelliklerinden biri, İbâzî olmayan kaynaklardan yapılan iktibasların mezhep esaslarına uygun hale getirilerek aktarılmasıdır. Bu araştırmada Kindî’nin tefsiri esas alınarak, dönemindeki İbâzî tefsir anlayışı, gerektiğinde farklı mezheplere ait çalışmalarla mukayese edilerek incelenmiştir.

ملخص:تطرق المقال إلى البصمة التفسيرية عند أعلام الحاضرة الإباضية، محاولا بيان إسهاماتهم وجهودهم في الدرس التفسيري الجزائري وطريقة التعامل مع الآي الكريم، جاء التمثيل بتراث عَلمين اثنين من أكابر أعلام المذهب، وهما: الإمام المصعبي أبو يعقوب، والإمام إبراهيم بن بيحمان، معتمدا على مجموعة من أعمالهم التفسيرية التي لازالت مخطوطة حسب بحثي، وقد أبانت الدراسة عن جهود كبيرة وطريقة فريدة في محاولة استنطاق القرآن الكريم وتفسيره وتأويله بالأدوات والأساليب المتفق عليها عند غالب الفرق الإسلامية، مع إظهار لملمحين بارزين، تمثل الأول في الذب عن أساسيات ومرتكزات المذهب، والثاني في الاستخدام والاستعانة بتأصيلات وتفريعات باقي المذاهب والاتجاهات الفقهية وحتى العقدية المخالفة. كل ذلك في سبيل حسن التوظيف للمناهج والأدوات حتى يخرج الكلام في تفسير مراد الله تعالى صائبا سديدا، قدر الاستطاعة المنوطة.كلمات دالة: المصعبي، بن بيحمان، البصمة، التفسيرية، الإباضية.   Abstract: The article touched on the explanatory footprint when informing the Ibadi metropolis, trying to explain their contributions and their efforts in the Algerian explanatory lesson and how to deal with the noble verse, the representation came with the heritage of two of the most prominent flags of the sect, namely: Imam al-Masabi Abu Ya'qub and Imam Ibrahim ibn bin Bayhman, relying on a collection of their interpretative works that are still manuscript the study showed great efforts and a unique way of trying to interrogate, interpret and interpret the Holy Quran with the tools and methods agreed upon by most Islamic groups, With a manifestation of outstanding hints, the first was to deflect from the fundamentals and foundations of the doctrine, The second is the use and use of the origins and branches of other doctrines and doctrinal and even doctrinal trends. From the beginning of the tenth century, a strong authority whose representatives belong to the Banū Yahrāsan asserts itself in Djerba. This exclusively masculine power is at once political and religious, it is hereditary, it marks a desire for appeasement in conflicts with schismatic groups and quickly gives a certain place, unfortunately difficult to evaluate, to collegiality. According to the written sources, the Banū Yahrāsan are at the origin of the foundation of the ḥalqa, determinant for the future of the Ibāḍī Maghreb, and have left a strong imprint that survives until today in the sacred geography of the island. The writings of Sulaymān al-Ḥīlātī show how this golden age was still captivating the seventeenth-century Ibāḍīs by inviting them to gather in many buildings, mosques or mausoleums, which perpetuate to this day the memory of the Banū Yahrāsan in Djerba.

Ib?diyya is the only branch of Kh?rijiyya which rejects “isti ? r?d” and have a more moderate disposition by not qualifying their opponents as disbelievers (mushrik). As one of the most ancient creed text that had been originally authored in Tamazight, ? Aq?da al-Tawh?d, is a work that shows us the fundamental beliefs of Maghreb Ib?d?s and their distinctive features in concise style. The text that its Tamazight origin could be dated back to third century of hijra was translated into Arabic by Ib?d? scholar ? Amr ibn Jumay ? in late seventh or early eighth century of hijra. In this study, it has been attempted to make an annotated Arabic edition of this neglected piece in History of Sects by comparing the old edition of it and the text in the its published commentary. Also its translation into Turkish and some assessments on the text has been undertaken. In annotations, Ib?d? references, heresiographies and the commentary of the text have been taken into account.

İbâziyye hicrî birinci yüzyılda neş’et eden ilk kelâm fırkalarından birisidir. Birçok makâlât türü eserde İbâziyye’nin, Hariciliğin en mu’tedili ve günümüze ulaşan tek kolu olduğu ifade edilmektedir. Buna rağmen ilk dönem İbâzî âlimlerden günümüz İbâzîlerine kadar birçok kişi, İbâziyye’nin Haricî bir fırka olmadığını savunmaktadır. İbâzîler şirk ve isti’raz gibi bazı konularda Haricilerden farklı görüşlere sahip olmakla birlikte, iman-küfür, tevellâ-teberrî, imâmet, vb. birçok konuda ise Haricîlerin görüşlerine benzer görüşleri savunmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmamızda bizzat İbâzî kelâm metinlerinden hareketle İbâzîlerin Haricî bir fırka olup olmadığını irdelemeye çalışacağız.
