Les côtes basses sont connues pour leur grande vulnérabilité à l’élévation récente du niveau marin et les risques associés. Cette vulnérabilité est souvent accentuée par des enjeux socio- économiques. L’île de Jerba, appartenant à la façade orientale de la Tunisie, fait partie de telles côtes. Trois principaux risques la menacent : l’érosion marine, la submersion marine et la salinisation des terres. La vulnérabilité de l’île à de tels risques a déjà fait l’objet de nombreuses études (APAL, 2012 ; Oueslati et al., 2015 ; Oueslati, 2018). Mais les travaux ont porté surtout sur les côtes sableuses de la façade orientale et ont souvent été ponctuels dans le temps et dans l’espace et se sont intéressés avant tout à la question de l’érosion marine. Ce travail est une tentative de cartographie et d’analyse des risques menaçant l’île dans une conjoncture d’élévation du niveau marin en mettant en exergue la fragilité du cadre naturel. Il aboutit, en s’appuyant sur la méthode multicritères et des observations directes du terrain, à une carte de synthèse de la vulnérabilité de l’ensemble des rivages de l’île.

Following the surge of the Black Lives Matter movement in the wake of George Floyd’s murder on 25 May 2020, memorials in remembrance of individuals implicated in colonialism or slavery have come under increasing attack. This article discusses and contextualizes challenges in 2020 to the memorialization of Otto von Bismarck (1815–1898) and Emily Ruete née Salama bint Said (1844–1924) in Hamburg, where the legacy of the German colonial past is particularly palpable. The article argues that proposed solutions—be it the demolition of the city’s main Bismarck monument, its restoration and the erection of a counter-memorial adjacent to it, or the un-naming of a street named after Ruete—potentially erase the complexities and contradictions of the lives of historical actors, are often informed by a desire to quarantine the past, and, just as often, fail to engage with its continuation in the present.

Le but de cette contribution est de mettre ensemble et valoriser le patrimoine dispersé d’un aspect de la culture immatérielle qui concerne les textes oraux et les contes populaires recueillis sur le terrain et transcrits par les Italiens pendant la colonisation en Libye. Les textes collectés et transcrits concernent la vie quotidienne ou des contes qui représentent les parlers du Djebel Nefoussa. La mise en contact d’un pluralisme linguistique et culturel crée une diversité de processus d’appropriation et de reconfiguration. Le conte apparaît comme un lieu privilégié de dynamiques interculturelles, soulignant soit leur proximité à travers des motifs et des symboles, soit leur diversité patente. Cette étude tente d’analyser, à travers ces textes, comment interprètent les questions d’identité, de rencontre culturelle dans la Libye contemporaine, en situant cette production orale dans le contexte plus large dans laquelle s’enchevêtrent les dimensions locale, nationale et universelle.

الملخص حرف الواو عند النُّحاة من حروف المعاني التي تتنوع دلالتها في السياق العربي، ومن معانيها "الاستئناف"، لكنَّ الشيخ محمد بن يوسف أَطْفَيْش الجزائريّ (1243-1332هـ) المعروف بــ "قُطْب الأئمة" يثير رأيًا في الاستئناف يُخالف ما استقرّ عليه النحو العربي في العصور المتأخرة، وكان لهذا الرأي أثرٌ بارزٌ في آثاره العلمية؛ فقد اعتنى في معالجاته اللغوية للنصوص بتوجيه الواو وغيرها من حروف الاستئناف إلى معنى نحويّ آخر يلائم دلالة سياقها، من هنا يسعى البحث بمنهج وصفي تحليلي إلى دراسة رأي "قُطْب الأئمة" في استئنافيّة الواو، وليستوفي الموضوع حقّه من الدراسة قام البحث على ثلاثة محاور: أولها: الوقوف على (الاستئناف) في علوم اللغة من حيث: مفهومه وأقسامه، وثانيها: تناول (الاستئناف) عند "قطب الأئمة" من حيث: مفهومه، وأنماط تشكُّله، وثالثها: الوقوف على استئنافيّة الواو في سياقات نَصِيَّة ورأي "قطب الأئمة" فيها، وتعود أهمية هذا البحث إلى كَوْنه يكشف عن مغايرةٍ نحويةٍ جديرة بالبحث والنظر، وتتأكَّد هذه الأهمية في الموضوع حين يَمْتَدُّ رأيُ "قُطْب الأئمة" من بُعْده النحوي إلى بُعْده الدلالي، حيث يقع توجيه النصَّ توجيهًا دلاليًّا ولا سيما في سياق النصّ القرآني الكريم.                             كلمات مفتاحيّة: الواو؛ الاستئناف؛ العطف؛ أطفيش؛ المعنى النَّحْوِي..
